All tickets are non-transferable and only refundable under individual exceptional circumstances.
In the event of a cancellation by one of our guests, we will do our best to secure a suitable replacement guest and anyone who has purchased an auto, photo or M&G for a guest who has cancelled will be able to either:
Swap this for another guest of the same value by emailing email@example.com
Pay the difference to upgrade to a different higher value guest by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
Request a refund by emailing email@example.com . These will be sent to the card used to make the original purchase.
